Mango Slaw

  • 1/2 head of red cabbage
  • 1 mango, cubed into 1/2″ pieces. (I recommend using a firm, barely ripe mango)
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  1. Combine cabbage, green onions, cilantro and mango
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss the salad with the dressing.
